Coverage
New watches may include the manufacturer warranty supplied with the model. The applicable duration and terms are stated in the product documentation included with your watch. Keep your Wristorie order confirmation as proof of purchase.
What a warranty may cover
Subject to the model’s written terms, eligible claims generally concern manufacturing defects in the movement, case or assembly under normal use.
What is not covered
Normal wear, scratches, plating changes, crystal or strap damage, battery replacement, accidental impact, water damage outside the stated rating, misuse and work performed by an unauthorized repairer are not manufacturing defects.
Before requesting service
Stop wearing a watch that has suffered impact, water entry or a loose component. Do not open the case. Photograph the watch and gather the order number, model or SKU, purchase date and a short description of the concern.
