Are the watches authentic?
Yes. SAGA products sold by Wristorie are sourced through authorized channels and include the presentation and documentation supplied for the model.
Which countries do you ship to?
Wristorie currently ships within the United States. Available delivery service and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99 for orders below $120. Orders of $120 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I return a watch?
Eligible unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The watch, protective films, accessories, documentation and original packaging must be complete and in resalable condition.
How do I choose the right size?
Review the measurements on the product page and compare them with a watch or bracelet you already enjoy wearing. Our Size Guide explains how to measure your wrist.
Can I wear my watch in water?
Water resistance varies by model. A 3 ATM rating is intended for everyday splashes and is not suitable for swimming, showering or immersion. Always follow the rating shown for your specific watch.
