Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Contact us before sending an item so we can provide return instructions and the correct destination.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unaltered and free from scratches, fragrance or other signs of use. Protective films, tags, manuals, accessories, gifts and original presentation packaging must be included.
Non-returnable items
Personalized items, gift cards, final-sale items and products showing wear or alteration are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit rights that apply to damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Return shipping
Return shipping for a change of mind is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked and adequately insured service. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, Wristorie will provide the appropriate resolution and return instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to display the credit.
Start a return
Email club@wristorie.com with the order number, item name and reason for return. For damage or defects, include clear photographs of the item and packaging.
