Where we ship
Wristorie currently accepts delivery addresses within the United States. We do not offer international checkout at this time.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $7.99 for merchandise subtotals below $120. A merchandise subtotal of $120 or more qualifies for free standard shipping. Only the applicable method is shown at checkout.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. Personalized review or address verification may add time.
Tracking and delivery
When your order leaves our care, we send a shipping confirmation to the email used at checkout. Carrier estimates begin after acceptance of the parcel and may change because of weather, holidays or local service conditions.
Address accuracy
Please check the recipient name, apartment or unit number, city, state and ZIP code before placing the order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
Delivery concerns
If tracking shows an exception, damage or delivery without receipt, contact club@wristorie.com with your order number. Keep all packaging if the parcel arrived damaged.
