CLIENT CARE

Watch Care

Small habits that help preserve the finish, crystal and movement.

After wearing

Wipe the case, crystal and bracelet with a clean, soft, dry cloth. This removes perspiration, cosmetics and daily residue before they settle around the clasp or setting.

Protect the finish

Apply perfume, hairspray, lotion and sanitizer before putting on your watch. Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds and chemical jewelry dips, which may damage plating, seals or decorative stones.

Water and moisture

Follow the water-resistance rating shown for your model. Unless a product is specifically rated for immersion, remove it before swimming, showering, bathing or entering a sauna. Water resistance can diminish as seals age.

Impact and magnets

Avoid drops, hard knocks and prolonged contact with strong magnets. Do not adjust the crown while the watch is wet.

Storage

Store the watch dry, away from direct sunlight and separately from harder jewelry that could scratch it. Use the original presentation box when traveling or storing it for longer periods.

Battery and service

Have battery replacement and case opening performed by a qualified watch technician. Ask the technician to inspect the seals and water resistance after service.
